US, UK- Orders to the US & UK will be fulfilled locally by Amazon logistics with express whenever possible to ensure your order arrives faster and your snacks stay fresher!

All other countries/regions- Orders to other regions (or to US & UK when local stock is unavailable) will be shipped using DHL express post from our head office in Japan
- Shipping costs and times will vary depending on location and item but orders to most regions will arrive within 2-3 days and cost $5-$15
- Orders shipped from Japan will generally be dispatched within 24-48 hours.
